SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received are processed within one business day. Build times are currently at 3-5 business days for complete sets.
Lead times can be slightly longer in peak times (July-August)
Allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
We ship orders USPS Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Rush orders (Express Shipping Option) will be placed on top priority.
All orders receive an email confirmation when the order has been completed.
When your strings have been completed the tracking number will be sent to your email provided.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us by e-mail or phone to establish the nature of your return.
We do not accept returns on bowstrings where the customer made a measurement error or provided the wrong measurements or gave us wrong information about their bow. We also can not accept returns due to faulty installations of strings and string accessories and do not accept string returns of Dry Fired Bows.
After the validity of your return has been established, you will be issued a return number.
After we’ve received the defective product and it’s been determined our error because of material or workmanship then a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
